The Ford GT40 Won four consecutive Le Mans 24hour endurance races from 1966 to 1969. It was huge in the racing community and solidified Ford motor company as more than just a juggernaut of automotive production, but an institution of quality and class as well. The GT40 is a wonderful mechanical feat in itself and the designer of this lego creation captured its unique features in excellent detail.
You have two color options when building this car. Black and gray (No.2) was the winning car for 1966. Red and white (No.3) also raced in 1966, but did not place.
